          Stipend:  $10,000 (from Budget Code F2110-160-26619)

          Effective Date:  Annual Appointment (Ending 6/30/27)

          Anticipated Start Date:  As Soon as Possible

Job Qualifications

21st Century Program Grant Data Manager Job Qualifications

• Become Proficient at using the Ex-Reports Data Collection Platform
• Participate in required EZ-Reports virtual training as directed by the Coordinator of the 21st Century Program and the Executive Director of Curriculum and Instruction
• Complete data entry requirements in EX-Reports in a timely manner, including but not limited to:   Names of after-school programs and clubs. Enroll new students to clubs after the start of the program. Student demographics and attendance in programs and clubs. Submit classroom teachers' names for each after-school program and club.
• Submit any additional data required in EZ-Reports
• Communicate with the 21st Century Program Evaluator
• Initiate and maintain regular communication with the Program Coordinator and Executive Director of Curriculum and Instruction
• Communicate with the NYSED 21st Century CCLC Technical Assistance Resource Center as needed
• Meet all reporting deadlines in EX-Reports as required by NYSED and the Program Evaluator
